The forward-curving spine in your lower back or neck is called lordosis. Naturally your lumbar and cervical spines are inclined slightly forward, towards the front of your body. Hyper lordosis occurs when this normal curve is exaggerated. In this position, the pelvis is inclined anteriorly.

  • Kyphosis

That happens when the upper back bends forward. Humpback formation is the result of it. It may leads to an abnormal rounding of upper back. Although it can happen at any age, but adolescents are more likely to experience it.

  • Antalgic Posture:

A pain-avoidance posture that is frequently observed after injuries

  • Sway back posture:

Your head is cocked forward, your cervical spine is hyperextended, your thoracic spine is flexed, your lumber spine is extended, your posterior pelvis tilts, your knees and hips are hyperextended, and your ankle is plantar flexed when you develop a sway back posture.
